Due to an extension of our Operations team, we are looking for an  Assistant Operations Manager for Belgium.

Function :
As an assistant operations manager you will work in Operations. Most important tasks are coordination and control of the mobile net and IT infrastructure, and offering a second line support to customer care. You assist and function as a back-up for the Operations Manager. The mission of the Assistant Operations Manager is collaborating on and continuosly improving IT-systems (including PC and LAN-infrastructure,) hardware typical for the organisation, software and Spech/data network solutions.

You assist the OPerations manager in operational control concerning SIM-cards, e-vouchers, mvno-platform and all related subjects:

• Avoiding breakdowns and conflicts during adjustments on the IT-onfrastructure and insuring a minimal impact on the operational services by planning and coordinating change requests in an efficient and effective way, this in compliance with the set priorities, impact and procedures.
• Providing urgent on-site support for hardware-, software- and networkproblems.
• Being responsible for the purchasing, installation and maintenance of IT hardware and software, both externally and internally (peripheral equipment, servers, network equipment, operating systems and other software).
• Acting as a first line between the company and other branches for IT system- and platformsupport.
• Acting as a second line of support between the company and  external customer services and training customer service respresentatives.
• Operational control of the tariffstructure.
• Responsibility for the management of SIM-cards and e-vouchers.
• Guarding and managing the dsitribution of e-vouchers to customers.
• Implementing pricechanges and promotions
• First line of communication for several partners in operational matters.

Requirements :
Education in IT/Telecom or Engineering, or similar by experience.

Dutch and sufficient knowledge of English and French, both written and spoken.
At least 3 years of work experience in a Telecom-background.
